START WITH WHY INTRODUCTION Simon O. Sinek  (born October 9, 1973)  is a British/American author, motivational speaker, and marketing consultant. He is the author of four books including the 2009 bestseller  Start With Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action  (2009). Sinek was born in Wimbledon in the UK and resided in Hong Kong and Johannesburg as well as London, before moving to the United States. EQ includes self-awareness, Zeal, Empathy, and social deftness. The decision varies according to time if you're in anger and if your calm. Just think about the situation ...

Just imagine you are giving a speech on a stage in front of 500 people and all the 1000 eyes are looking at you and your about to speak!! This is where OPEN comes into play:- The opening of your speech is important because the very first do really matter. Make sure you grab the attention of the people at the very first sentence. One of the TED(technology entertainment and design) talkers Comic Maysoon Zayid came onto the stage and began her talk like this:- "I am not drunk...but the doctor who delivered me was" when your about to give a speech try to deliver it as some of the following:- As a dose of Drama (which I love to do) Ignite curiosity Show video, images, compelling slides Tease but don't give it away and when you are about to end the speech make sure that you CLOSE it well. because whatever you have said in the speech it should have the summary at the end. After the end of the speech, the audience should have taken some information from you. example for ho...
